Can of Black Beans (15 OZ), Drained, Cleaned

Can of Light Red Kidney Beans (15 OZ) Drained, Cleaned

Can of Pinto Beans (15 oz) Drained

2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes, Not Drained
Vegetables
-
1 C Petite Carrots
-
1 C Chopped Celery
-
1 Red Pepper Cored, Chopped

1 Red Onion
Seasonings
-
1 1/2 Tbsp Chili
-
2 Tsp Basil
-
2 Tsp Cumin
-
2 Tsp Dried Cilantro
-
1 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
-
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

1 Vegan Buillion Cube
-
Salt and Pepper to Taste
The Good Stuff

2 C Vegetable Broth
-
Squirt of Lime Juice
-
Dash of Red Wine Vinegar (Optional)

THREE BEAN
VEGAN CHILI

WASH THOSE HANDS FOR 20 SECONDS FOLKS!
1. Add 2 Tbsp Oil to a soup pot, let it get warm
2. Add red peppers, onions, carrots, celery to pot - stir it occasionally until onions become translucent
3. Crumble Vegan Bouillon Cube over vegetable mixture, followed by spices. Stir for about 30 seconds to a minute.
4. Then add tomatoes, beans, broth
5. Simmer on medium to low for about 30 - 35 minutes.
6. Put a few squirts of lime juice and/or red wine vinegar and let it simmer for
TIPS:

Want to kick it up a notch? Put it on top of rice or a baked potato

Want it thicker? Add about 2-3 Tbsp of cornstarch after adding lime juice and/or red wine vinegar and let it simmer
