MEATLESS MEET UP TACOS

KEEP IT SAFE, WASH THOSE HANDS
1. If using frozen vegetables, prepare over stove per package instructions, drain, reserve liquid (1/2 C), set aside.

If using fresh vegetables, sauté in olive oil, season with salt/pepper and add a dash of vegetable broth.

Save some of the broth (about 1/2 C) to loosen up and season your plant based product while warming or cooking
2. In pan, add olive oil, Worcestershire, splash of lime juice, then plant-based "meat"
3. Once heated, add reserved seasoned liquid, diced peppers, spices, fresh cilantro, one more squirt of lime juice. Set aside.
4. Heat corn or flour tortillas according to package instructions.
5. Top with beefless mixture, guac, sour cream, Tomato Trinity and more cilantro
