WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Cheat: Buy a rotisserie chicken from the store and call it a day, love!
-
-
2 small onions, chopped
-
1 md green pepper, cored, chopped
-
3 mini sweet peppers
-
1-2 cans of corn ( 15 Oz depending on your preference)
-
2-3 cans of Great Northern beans, undrained (15.8 Oz)
-
For a thicker consistency, you can puree all the cans or puree one and keep the other (s) the same
-

2 C Chicken Broth or Stock
-
1/4 -1/2 C Half and Half
-
1 1/2- 2 TBSP Chili Powder

1 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper (this is where the 'kickin' comes from. A tsp more for more heat. If not, it's just White Chicken Chili. Still good though:)
-
1 Tsp Salt (or season to taste)
-
1 Tsp Oregano
-
A pinch of black and red pepper
-
1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
OTHER OPTIONAL FLAVAS to SAVA (Not "flavor" or "savor". I did that on purpose. Try all or a few or even one. These seasons will make you kick somebody and scream, 'hallelujah!'
-
1 TBSP Dried Cilantro
-
1 Tsp Onion Powder
-
Can of Diced Tomatoes and Green Chili, mild (10 Oz)
-
(Viewer submitted, Steph S's pick: Cream Cheese to lessen the kick if you overdo it with the cayenne or just cream cheese - because, why not?)
