WHAT YOU'LL NEED

2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts or chicken thighs (Season before searing)

1 lb baby potatoes, cut in half or fourths

1 Tsp Dried Oregano

1 Tsp Fresh Oregano (For garnish)

1 Tsp Dried Basil

1 Tsp Fresh Basil (For garnish)

1 Medium Onion
-
1 Red Pepper
-
1/2 C Grated Parmesan

1/2 C Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
-
1/2 C Heavy Cream
-
1 1/2 Tbsp Melted Butter
-
Salt, Pepper to Taste
TIP: Add Fresh Lemon Juice once dish is finished

CROCK POT CHA-CHING!
CHICKEN AND POTATOES

WASH THOSE HANDS!
1. Sear the seasoned chicken, five minutes, each side
2. Set aside
3. In your crock pot, add potatoes, peppers, onions, broth, butter, cream, dried basil, parsley and any other seasonings you'd like, then stir. Add chicken on top of mixture.
4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours and 25 minutes or low for 6-8 hours
5. Place on serving dish
6. Garnish with fresh basil, parsley and grated Parmesan (optional)
