WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1 LB Ground Turkey or Beef

    • TIP: Use a 1/2 LB or Italian Ground Turkey, Beef, or Sausage and a 1/2 LB ground turkey or beef instead​

  • 24 Oz Can of Pasta Sauce​

  • 1 Box of Lasagna Pasta (Original, not oven-ready)

    • No need to boil first​

  • 3/4 C Chopped Onion 

  • 8 oz box of softened cream cheese, 2 boxes may be needed

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese (divide)

  • 1/2 Cup of Grated Parmesan

    • There is a brand that combines both cheeses, that's what we used in our recipe​

  • 1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning​ 

  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano

  • ​1 Teaspoon Parsley (For garnish)​

WASH THOSE HANDS FOR 20 SECONDS FOLKS!

1. Brown meat and toss in chopped onions

2. While meat is browning, mix cream cheese, eggs and 1 cup of mozzarella and parmesan

3. When done, drain meat add it back in pot cooked in, along with pasta sauce, season well with Italian, Oregano and any other desired seasonings.

 

4. In Crock Pot, add thin layer of meat sauce

 

5. Next, Lasagna Pasta

 

6. Then cream cheese mixture.

 

7. Repeat Steps 4-6, with the meat sauce ending on top

 

8. Cook on Low 3 hrs 45 minutes to 4 hours.

 

9. Remove Crock Pot lid. Take remaining grated mozzarella and sprinkle on top layer of meat sauce, along with parsley for garnish.

10. Replace lid and allow cheese to melt 10-15 minutes.
